Cancellation Policy

Cancelling is easy

You can cancel at any time from your Account page. There is no cancellation fee. If self-service cancellation is temporarily unavailable, contact support and we will process the request.

What happens when you cancel

• You keep access to everything you've already paid for until the end of the current billing period.
• You won't be charged again at renewal.
• Your saved documents and sessions remain available in your account unless you delete them, even after paid live access ends.
