Precognia is a browser-based assistant that transcribes audio from your own device during a live conversation and generates suggested answers based on documents you provide. It is a preparation and recall aid. It does not participate in your calls.
You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. One person per account — please don't share logins.
You agree not to use Precognia to:
Answers are generated by a language model from the material you supply. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they may confidently state things that aren't true. You are responsible for everything you say in your own interview. Read before you speak. Precognia gives no warranty that any answer is accurate or that using it will affect the outcome of any interview or application.
Free accounts include a limited number of short sessions. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and include the hours of live assistance shown on the Pricing page. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. If you believe there has been a billing error or a technical problem that prevented you from using what you paid for, contact us and we'll review your case.
Precognia is delivered electronically and does not sell or ship physical goods. Paid access is activated after successful payment. See the Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy for details.
We aim to keep Precognia running, but it's provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime. Temporary interruptions can occur, and features may change or be withdrawn.
To the maximum extent the law allows, Precognia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, lost offers or lost earnings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using Precognia and delete your data at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that puts the service or other users at risk.
