This policy explains what information Precognia uses, why we use it and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal data or use your interview content for advertising.
We use this information to provide and secure your account, personalize answers, run live transcription, save your sessions, respond to support requests, enforce plan limits and improve reliability. We do not use your interview content to build advertising profiles.
Like most online services, Precognia relies on service providers to operate the product. These providers support functions such as:
They process only the information needed to perform those services. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards to keep each account's documents, sessions and transcripts private from other users. No online service can promise perfect security, but we limit access to what is needed to operate and support the service.
Precognia transcribes the other side of your conversation. Laws about recording and transcribing people vary by country and by state, and some require the consent of everyone involved. Complying with the rules that apply to you is your responsibility. Please don't use Precognia where you aren't permitted to.
Your documents and sessions stay until you delete them or ask us to delete your account, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Deleting a session removes its transcript and generated answers from your account.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal data. Contact us and we'll act on it.
