Precognia listens to your live PM interview and puts the right answer on your screen — built from your own shipped work, framed as the decision you made and why not the alternatives.

"Tell me about a time you had to say no to a big stakeholder."
So — sales wanted a bulk-import tool for one enterprise deal, about $400k, and they wanted it in the next sprint.
I said no, but I brought the data: bulk import was requested by four accounts, and the onboarding drop-off we were already fixing was hitting sixty percent of new signups. I offered a CSV workaround plus a services hour, which closed the deal anyway.
The thing I'd defend is that the roadmap slot went to the bigger problem. What I'd change is that I made the case after the escalation instead of before — the deal team should have had that data in their pipeline review, not in a fight with me
Example shown: product management. Precognia reads your field and your level from your own resume and job description — no role setup, no templates.
Not a generic behavioural list. These are the questions this interview asks, and the ones Precognia is answering from your own material while you're being asked them.
"Walk me through a product you shipped end to end."
"Tell me about a time you had to say no to a big stakeholder."
"How did you decide what to cut to hit the date?"
"What metric did you move, and how did you know it was the right one?"
"Tell me about a launch that didn't work. What did you learn?"
"How do you prioritise when engineering, sales and support all want something different?"
Two candidates can describe the same work and only one of them gets the offer. The difference is what the answer is built out of.
Interviewers can read a roadmap. What they're buying is your judgment: why this, why now, and what you turned down to do it.
Every claim comes from your own material, so the metric you quote is one you actually moved and can still explain two follow-ups deep.
Naming the option you didn't take — and why — is the single fastest way to sound senior. It's built into every answer.
Precognia works out your field and your level from your resume and the job description, then answers the way someone one or two rungs up would — which is what makes an interviewer sit forward.
A PM answer that lists what shipped sounds like a status update. The rung up is the decision: what you chose, what you deliberately didn't build, what you'd have needed to see to choose differently, and what the tradeoff cost. Precognia frames your own launches that way — strategy and judgment, not a feature list.
It can't invent experience you don't have, and it doesn't try — a claim you can't defend in the follow-up costs you more than the answer won. Everything it says comes from what you gave it.
